Staying calm is healthy

To be healthy and stay calm are the two things that most of us would like to be. When you cannot stay calm and are under some sort of stress, the body reacts and you increase the chances of becoming prone to some chronic diseases. It is said that asthma is quite often caused by stress. Even cancer is said to have its origin in stress. And then when you have the disease, whatever it is, you become more stressed out. It is a vicious cycle that can completely upset the rhythm of your life.
