Give to Others Without Expecting Anything in Return

If you want something in life, you must be prepared to also give it. How can you give something that you do not have? Open your mind to this possibility and you will be surprised how you may even get an opportunity to do so. Give to others, and soon you will find good things happening to you. This is in fact the simple law of attraction.

It is a law of nature, like many others, that have been discovered. Most of us are always dissatisfied and are expecting more from life than what we are getting. A truly content person is almost impossible to find in the world, and the few that you may find, are often said to be those without ambition or the ability to do better than they are already doing. Even so, there are small and powerful techniques that can be used to reprogram your unconscious mind so that you can bring the necessary order that you desire in your life. This way you can eliminate the chaos in your life by first eliminating the unseen chaos that exists in your own mind.

The law of attraction says that you will attract what you are sending out. In
the world of attraction, it is your thoughts that are real. If your mind, instead is constantly filled with envy, sadness, anger, stress, and anxiety, it is given that you will attract more of it to yourself. Grief comes from tragic events that are never in your control, and grief can be a negative emotion, but it is often undeniable. You can only learn how to cope with it, and move on in life. Change your focus in life, and get away from this negativity, by giving to others so that you can in turn receive. Learn to want from life what you need and not something that you can do without.

Giving is not as difficult as you think. Give what you have, and you will always find something to give. It may be something as simple as your time, or a sympathetic ear, a tip or hint that can help others. Give to everyone, be it a friend, a family member, or even a stranger. Every step that you take will increase the level of vibration and act to attract what you want from life. Give selflessly, and without any expectation of anything in return. You will find that your life improves.

Organize Your Life For Success!

Organizing the content of your life based on your needs is the best practice for managing your time, resources and money and is an essential first step if you are to fully achieve your potential in life. The reasons for this are simple. An organized clear mind leads to clear and objective goals, which in turn leads to you being able to achieve what you set out to do.
A critical first step then in staying organized is to set up a system of resource planning and clerical needs that allows you to plan out your time effectively, and allocate where you are going to spend it. In short, this means such steps as getting a day planner so that you can plan ahead. Getting appropriate stationary systems and office space in place, and also getting yourself a filing cabinet or at the very least some kind of filing system!
It would certainly be true to say that staying organized than is not something that lots of people do naturally! At first, it can even seem slightly stifling, especially if you are used to totally going with the flow of what each day brings. In truth this is ok. It IS good to be spontaneous on occasions, but in general, it is vital to plan out what you need to do in a particular time frame because otherwise, it is all too easy to simply become distracted!
All of us know this to be true if we think about it from the viewpoint of our own lives. For example, when we surf the web we find ourselves flitting between sites, and before you know it a couple of hours have passed! Now, don’t get me wrong. That is one of the joys of the internet, and of life in General. But it is nevertheless, a time stealer that staying focused and staying organized could have helped to negate.
Is staying organized mean robbing you of the juice of life? Robbing you of the spontaneity? NO! No! NO! Actually, the exact opposite is true. Staying organized is about finishing the day’s tasks and having crammed far more good stuff in! In short, it is the exact opposite of being a spoilsport!
You should know your own strengths and weaknesses when it comes to this area. Staying organized means doing more of the things you like and communicating them to yourself regularly to analyze that your wants and needs are being met effectively. Then organize your time based on that feedback.
Stay Organized. Organize YOUR Life For Success!

Overcoming Fear and Worry

If you ask most people why they have not achieved their goals or the level of success they desire, they will usually respond with some built-in excuse (negative belief) that is holding them back. Underlying this excuse or negative belief is usually fear or worry. How many times have you attempted something new, only to stop before you ever got started because you were afraid of what others may think? Or you don’t think you have the time or money or both? Or because you believe are inexperienced or lack the knowledge to succeed?
Someone once defined F.E.A.R. as False Evidence Appearing Real, which means we have chosen to believe in something that is not really true. But because it is our belief, it is our reality. Worry is nothing more than a sustained fear caused by indecision. Sometimes we need to ask some tough questions to determine the cause of these worries or fears. Once the fear is identified, a simple formula can be used to overcome that fear.
The first step is to clearly define what you are afraid of or worried about. Write in down. Put in on paper. Half of your worries and fears will be solved the instant you can define them clearly by putting them on paper. What once seemed big in your mind will look small and insignificant on paper.
For the other half, you need to move on to step two. Ask yourself, what is the worst possible thing that can happen if this fear or worry becomes true? Make a list, yes, write it down on the paper underneath your clearly defined worry. Keep writing down everything that comes to mind until you have identified the worst possible outcome. Do you realize that 90% of what we worry about never happens? Think about how much time you spend on worrying about stuff that never will happen. This list will help you see that.
Once you have completed your list, resolve in your mind that you will accept the worst possible thing that can happen. Since 90% of those things will never occur and generally the other 10% will not kill you, realize you will survive. Accept the worst possible thing by telling yourself, I can handle it, over and over again. This will start to turn things around.
Finally, begin now to make sure the worst never happens. Put together an action plan of exactly what you need to do to turn things around. By focusing on positive changes and implementing your action plan, your focus will shift to the positive outcomes and away from your fears. You will begin to feel better because now you can DO SOMETHING! Positive action is the only cure for fear and worry. Try this formula today and see if it will work for you.
