Healthy breathing is a must for a healthy lifestyle. Many people in today’s polluted cities have problems with breathing, and there are a few basic tips to healthy breathing that they can take advantage of. Besides the vehicular pollution, people are also prone to asthma and may have breathing difficulties caused by smoking. Difficulty in breathing may also be a result of being obese and a lack of general health. Maintain your weight at the levels suggested by your physician. Do not neglect your health. This could cause breathing problems that could even cause you to be admitted to a hospital.Practice deep breathing for at least 15 minutes, twice a day
